Booking by E-mail or Telephone

Even if you prefer not to book online you can, if you wish, check whether we have any rooms available for your preferred dates by using the calendar above or the Quick Availability Checker at the top of the right-hand column on any page ». If the dates are unavailable or the room you would prefer is unavailable you can browse through the diary by using the full on line system. You can then contact us by email or telephone or enquiry form.

Of course, if you would just like to make a general enquiry or talk to us directly, please just contact us and we will do all we can to help.

Checking Availability and Booking Online

• If you have preferred dates, you can use the calendar above or the availability checker on the right hand side of this screen ». Either of these will show you all the rooms that are available for the specific dates you have entered. If the dates are unavailable or the room you would prefer is unavailable you can browse through the diary by using the full on line system. To do this, go to 'online booking' and then select your preferred room and approximate dates. Click on 'view availability'. You can then see when that room is available for the month you have selected. You can also scroll forward or backwards to see the diary for other months.
• If you would like to book more than one room it is necessary to do these one at a time. If you prefer, please call us on 01969 666 122 (+44 1969 666 122 from outside the UK), and we will be happy to book the rooms for you.
• The online system will not allow you to book for just one night. We do have some limited dates when a one-night stay would be possible. Please contact us directly to enquire about one-night stays.
